About DDARC
Where the love of riding meets the heart of giving

All you need is a heart to be part of the Diseases and Disabilities Advocates Riding Club (DDARC). Our mission is simple: to support the community.

What began in 2018 as a group of friends who loved riding motorcycles and wanted to make a difference has grown into a nonprofit organization with nearly 27 dedicated members from Idaho and Washington.

Founded by Debby and Daren Carlson, along with their close friends Frank and Carma Arquitt, DDARC is built on compassion, community, and connection. Every member of our club has a personal tie to the challenges of disease or disability, which fuels our drive to help families in need.

Our colors—blue and pink—featured proudly on our leather cuts, symbolize our support for diabetes and breast cancer awareness. But above all, they represent our commitment to riding for a cause, lifting up our neighbors, and proving that together, we can make a lasting impact.

Our Mission and Vision

Community Support

DDARC stands behind people in our community. Whether helping a family through illness or loss, cheering on kids at a game or lemonade stand, we ride together to lift up our community when it matters most.

Brotherhood/Sisterhood

We’re more than bikers — we’re family. DDARC is a family-oriented club that loves to ride, eat, laugh, and share the road together, whether at a BBQ, a drag race, or riding side by side with our brothers and sisters.

Shine Bright

DDARC is committed to helping families in need by providing essential back-to-school supplies, ensuring every child starts the year ready to learn and succeed.
